Tonbridge Angels retain the services of Joe Turner, Tom Derry and Rian Bray
TONBRIDGE ANGELS manager Steve McKimm has retained the services of Joe Turner, Tom Derry and Rian Bray after agreeing terms.
Highly-rated left-winger Turner scooped the supporters’ player-of-the-year award last season and has made 139 appearances for the club, scoring 44 goals.
Striker Derry scored six goals in an injury disrupted campaign, while centre-half Bray played every minute of last season, alongside Sonny Miles.
McKimm told the club website: “This is really excellent news that these three players have committed their immediate futures to the club.
“We all know the quality they bring to the squad and their agreement will undoubtedly encourage more to follow.”
Goalkeeper Jonathan Henly, right-back James Folkes, Miles and attacking midfielder Ben Greenhalgh have also agreed to stay at Longmead Stadium.
The club finished third-from-bottom in the Vanarama National League South table with 36 points from 21 games but they rose to fifteenth-place due to points-per-game.
