We're so sorry Robbo!

www.kentishfootball.co.uk would like to offer our sincere condolences to Steve Robinson, the assistant manager of Ryman League Division One North club Dartford, and his partner Wendy.

Wendy gave birth to a premature baby daughter on 2^nd June, weighing 3lb, and they both spent every day with their new daughter at St Thomas’ Hospital in London.

But they were left “devastated” with the loss of their new addition on 23^rd June.

“I have told Steve to take compassionate leave and when he is ready I want him to return,” said Darts boss Tony Burman.

“In the meantime, I have asked Steve Moseley to help me and Paul (Sawyer) with the first-team squad on a temporary basis until Steve’s return.”

Meanwhile, Gary Clark, who runs the forum at www.dartfordfootballclub.co.uk, is currently in the process of creating the DFCweb Wiki Archive.

He said: “I’m currently working on creating the DFCweb Wiki Archive and I think it’s the first in Kentish football - I’ve not found any more.

“I’m trying to get hold of former Dartford players to gather an archive of our players.

“I’m calling out to all players, present or past, and if you have played for Dartford FC at any time since the formation in 1993.

“We are looking for your club details to add to the currently growing Pure DFCweb Wiki.”
