Welling United sign former Bromley midfielder Connor Dymond
WELLING UNITED’s newly-appointed manager Jamie Coyle has snapped up former Bromley holding midfielder Connor Dymond.
The 22-year-old made over 30 appearances for Vanarama National League side Bromley last season and prior to his two-year spell at Hayes Lane he was with Crystal Palace.
“I am delighted to have signed Connor on a one-year deal,” Coyle, who played for Maidstone United before taking over as the boss at Park View Road, told www.wellingunited.com.
“He impressed me greatly when I saw him play last season and at such a tender age he already has quality and good experience and I am looking forward to working with him.”
Bromley boss Neil Smith released Dymond, former Newport County midfielder Lee Minshull and striker Bradley Goldberg, the son of Welling United owner Mark.
Coyle has also signed left-back Jack Parter, following his release from Isthmian Premier League side Tonbridge Angels.
Former Dartford, Leatherhead and Margate striker Tom Bradbrook, and midfielder Beckha-Kah Dembele, who finished last season on loan at Thamesmead Town, after coming through Dartford’s Academy, have also put pen to paper to sign for the Wings.
