Trott adds to his squad

Margate player-boss Robin Trott has brought stability to the Hartsdown Park club this summer - adding two more players to his squad today.

Left-back Justin Skinner, 30, has signed from Gravesend & Northfleet and striker James Pinnock, 28, has signed from Welling United.

The double signing takes Trott’s squad to 16 players, having recently signed Steve McKimm and Lee Protheroe from Gravesend & Northfleet and winger Paul Abbott from Heybridge Swifts.

Trott is also one of eleven players that remain at the club from last season; Bertie Brayley, Hasim Deen, James Donovan, Pat Gradley, Danny Hockton, John Keister, Charlie Mitten, Greg Oates, Osman Sesay and Dean Standen.

Meanwhile, Margate play their first pre-season friendly on Saturday, 8^th July, when Millwall have “promised to send a strong side” to Hartsdown Park.
