MAIDSTONE UNITED have confirmed that exciting winger Justin Amaluzor has put pen to paper on a new deal.

Amaluzor returns for his third season, having joined the National League South club back in February 2019, one of the first signings made by John Still and Hakan Hayrettin.

Amaluzor has made 36 starts for The Stones and has scored 12 goals.

Chief executive Bill Williams said: “When we offered Hakan the manager’s job back in March, Justin was one of the first people he told.

“Hak wanted him to stay, the directors had no hesitation in offering terms and I am delighted that Justin sees the potential there is for him and the club to push on from here.

“We’ve all seen the energy and excitement that he brings to games and I for one cannot wait to see him back in action, alongside the signings we’ve made so far.

“This is his time to shine and if he does as well as we know he can, then club and player can look forward to a great season.

A graduate of Barnet’s youth academy, he made his first-team debut for the then League Two side in October 2015 in a 3-1 win over York City.

Amaluzor then signed for Braintree Town and played under Hayrettin before signing for Maidstone United.
