Lordswood begin the search for a new first-team manager and coaching team who are passionate, committed and highly motivated to work within club philosophy to build on progressing young talented squad and to take the club forward
LORDSWOOD director of football Jason Lillis says the club are searching for a new manager that will develop young players into their first-team squad.
The club announced the shock departure of Matt Barman last Friday and Lewis Mingle and Charlie Lillis took temporary charge of their 4-0 home defeat at the hands of Whitstable Town the following day.
Lordswood are in eleventh-place in the Southern Counties East Football League Premier Division table with 24 points from 17 games.
“We are an ambitious football club and have high expectations of our management team and players,” said Jason Lillis.
“We are looking for a first-team manager and coaching team who are passionate, committed and highly motivated to work within our club philosophy to build on progressing young talented squad and to take the club forward.
“Our youth section is a critical part of our club and the manager and their coaching team will be required to work with our youth section co-ordinator to provide pathways for all our players.”
The club are inviting applications and CV's and covering letter should be sent to club secretary Robert Hedges at lordswoodfcsecretary@gmail.com.
Lordswood travel to second-from-bottom side Stansfeld on Saturday, 9 December (15:00).
