In a statement sent to www.kentishfootball.co.uk today, Bradley Wetzel, the managing director of long established local company Westbourne Hygiene said, "We have supported Hythe Town FC over the last two seasons and we are delighted to be backing the club as main sponsor for another push on promotion this coming season.
"Hythe Town FC has real potential and we believe could compete at a higher level, I want to help them realise this ambition.”
Hythe Town chairman Paul Markland is delighted to have secured a new sponsor, one that formerly sponsored neighbouring Ryman League side Folkestone Invicta.
He said: “I was delighted when Bradley and Graham at Westbourne suggested becoming our main sponsors for next season.
"As a club we have never spent money we haven’t got so we are in a sound financial position, seemingly a rarity on the current Kent football scene.
"Next season, thanks to the support of Westbourne Hygiene, we are aiming to go one better than last year’s runners-up spot.”
Hythe Town narrowly missed promotion to Ryman League Division One South by just four points. The club’s Reachfields Stadium achieved the Ryman ground grading status in spring 2008 and Hythe Town signed a new 15 year lease on it earlier this year.
Meanwhile, the club's two other sponsors, Red Eagle Recruitment of Folkestone and KC Waste management based at Lympne Industrial Park have also renewed their support for the coming campaign.
