We know the league is going to be very strong this season but we believe we have a good group and hope to cause some upsets, says Glebe boss Harry Hudson
HARRY HUDSON takes charge of Glebe for the first time when his side open their Southern Counties East Football League Premier Division campaign at Bearsted on Saturday.
“Bearsted are always a well-run club who on their day can beat anyone in the league,” said the former Croydon and Whyteleafe manager.
“They have a strong group and it is always a hard place to go to and get points.
“Our group are ready though and can’t wait for the season to start.”
Hudson’s brand of attractive football is always a joy to watch and will be aiming to get his Chislehurst-based team competitive in all competitions this season.
“We want to be competitive in all competitions this season, including the FA Cup and FA Vase, which we will be taking very seriously,” said Hudson.
“We know the league is going to be very strong this season but we believe we have a good group and hope to cause some upsets.
“It is important to us that our style of football is of the right level this season.
“Glebe is an outstanding family club and we want to integrate our youth teams to support the first-team through an attractive brand of football.”
