Faversham Town boss James Collins begins search for volunteer under 23 manager
FAVERSHAM TOWN manager James Collins says he is looking to appoint a manager to run the clubs under 23 side in the Isthmian Development League.
“The successful candidate will be FA or UEFA qualified, have good contacts with talented players in the region and be well organised,” said the Salters Lane outfit.
“They will be expected to work closely with first-team manager James Collins and our under 18s management team to develop and progress young players.
“This voluntary role is suitable for an ambitious coach keen to progress in the adult game.
“Responsibilities will include selecting and improving the squad, leading matchdays (usually weekday evenings), building and running a coaching team and liaising with the secretary on team admin.”

The Lilywhites’ first-team are currently in fourteenth-place in the Isthmian League South East Division table, having collected two wins and a draw from their opening six league games.
Faversham Town welcome Isthmian League Division One North side Tilbury to Salters Lane on Saturday to contest a FA Trophy Second Qualifying Round tie.
