Dulwich Hamlet boss Gavin Rose signs ex Millwall defender Jesse Debrah
DULWICH HAMLET manager Gavin Rose has released several players ahead of their next Vanarama National League South campaign, which gets underway on the third day of October.
“Gavin Rose is gearing up for what will no doubt be an interesting if not challenging 2020-21 season and is busy behind the scenes building a squad in the season coming,” said a club statement.
“Unfortunately, this means we have to announce the departure of players old and relatively new as Gavin shuffles the pack ahead of the re-start.
“Richard Orlu, David Ijaha, Jack Connors, Keiran Monlouis, Ben Chapman, Marvin McCoy, Dominic Vose, Connor Hunte, Christian Smith and Dylan Kearney all depart with the warmest wishes from the club as they move on to pastures new.
“Two departures however mark a big change for the club. Ever-present players Preston Edwards, and bonafide Dulwich Legend Nyren Clunis also leave Champion Hill for new challenges. We wish them all the best and like all of the players above will be welcome back to SE22 at any time.”
The club have announced the arrival of former Millwall centre-half Jesse Debrah, 20, who spent a loan spell at Champion Hill last season.
Meanwhile, former Cray Wanderers and Barking coach Mark Dacey has announced his departure from the club.
Chelmsford City have signed former Dulwich Hamlet and Dartford midfielder Billy Crook, 29, and former Fisher centre-half Adebola Oluwo, 21, after impressing Robbie Simpson during a successful pre-season trial.
