Cray Valley are tickled pink as they raise funds for Breast Cancer Research
CRAY VALLEY (Paper Mills) will be tickled pink when they host Ashford United in the Southern Counties East Football League tomorrow.
The Eltham based club will reduce admission prices from £8 to £5 if spectators wear pink – as they raise funds for Breast Cancer Research.
Club physio Emily Sawyer said: “If people wear pink they only pay £5 instead of £8!
“Also one of our committee members is making pink cupcakes that will be available to buy with teas and coffees.
“The money raised on the raffle, cupcakes and golden goal will be donated to Breast Cancer Research.
“Macron have kindly sponsored our warm-up bibs, which are pink!
“We have some lovely prizes available for raffle, massages, champagne, personal training sessions and much more.
“The Cray Valley under 15s are volunteering their time to be ball boys, kit men, raffle ticket sellers and selling golden goal tickets – which are all pink!
“If you aren’t watching a game, feel free to pop down. But don’t forget to wear pink!”
