Broadstairs merge with East Kent College: We are already putting in the foundations for next season, says chairman Mark Greening

BROADSTAIRS and East Kent College Football Club's have merged.

 

East Kent College currently play in the Andreas Carter Joma Kent County League Division One Central & East and over the last four seasons the club has seen some great success. 

In order to make progression both clubs have agreed to combine forced and play under the name of Broadstairs FC.

All training and matches will take place at Baypoint Sports Club, which offers the highest standard facilities in the local area.

By merging the club’s, it gives all the current youth players the opportunity to progress into the first team and represent Broadstairs all over Kent.

Broadstairs chairman Mark Greening said: :”This is fantastic news for Broadstairs FC and any local player who strive to play within the Kent County Football League.

“We are already putting in the foundations for next season to challenge for promotion to Kent County Football League Premier Division and have some very exciting times ahead.”

Broadstairs are on the search for a new manager for next season, as they take East Kent College’s place in the Andreas Carter Joma Kent County League Division One Central & East next season.
