Borough sack managerial pair - EXCLUSIVE

Greenwich Borough have sacked two of their management team just four and a half hours before their home Kent League Cup clash against Sporting Bengal United tonight.

A brief statement issued by the club said: “After two poor performances against Whitstable Town and Croydon in the League Cup, the chairman has decided to relieve Peter Garland and John Kasapi of their positions.”

Former Slade Green boss Phil Miles, who was appointed Greenwich Borough coach during the close season, is expected to take charge of team affairs at Harrow Meadow tonight.
