Greenwich under investigation

The FA Cup Preliminary Round tie between Go Travel Kent League rivals Thamesmead Town and Greenwich Borough will not be played this Saturday due to an investigation into the Extra Preliminary Round game played by Greenwich Borough last Saturday.

Greenwich were at home against Eastbourne United and won the tie 6-3 and it is alleged they may have played an ineligible or ineligible players in the game.

This is now subject to an FA Cup investigation and a decision will be made early next week, reports www.nonleaguedaily.com
