Macca puts pen to paper

Following their poor start to the season, Go Travel Kent League side Slade Green have received a major boost with the signing of Paul McCarthy from Dr Martens League Eastern Division side Dartford, writes Robert Smith.

McCarthy joins the Small Glen outfit following two seasons playing in the Dr Martens League with the Darts. His CV also includes Thamesmead Town and Cray Wanderers.

However, he will not be available to Saturday's FA Vase trip to Oxfordshire to face Hellenic League side Didcot Town as he wasn't registered in time.
