Folkestone clean up with sponsorship deal
Dr Martens League Eastern Division club Folkestone Invicta have signed a major new three-year sponsorship deal with Westbourne Hygiene, suppliers of cleaning solutions.

The deal involves shirt sponsorship, a high profile at the club, and the re-naming of the Cheriton Road ground to the Westbourne Stadium.

Westbourne MD Peter West said: "I've followed Folkestone Invicta's fortunes for many years and am delighted that we are getting involved at what looks an exciting time for the club."

Invicta chairman Bob Dix was at pains to point out that previous sponsors Silver Springs five-year period with the club had been a very happy one and he hoped that they would be able to support Invicta in other ways.

Commercial manager Roger Knight added: "We're very excited about this new sponsorship arrangement. It's for the next three years, is for a substantial amount of money and quite the biggest deal that Folkestone Invicta have ever had.

"Westbourne Hygiene are a successful local company and we at Invicta will be trying to match their success as we aim to bring Conference football to the town in the not too distant future."
