Buy shares in Folkestone Invicta
FOLKESTONE INVICTA Football Club is a family club with a very
close working relationship between the fans and the board of directors, writes
Stephen McCartney.
The Cheriton Road outfit have recovered from the relegation they suffered from
the Southern League Premier Division in 2003 and are now playing their first
ever season in the Premier Division of the Ryman (Isthmian) League.
However, finances are always very tight at this level of the game, and if the
club are to maintain the current team at Cheriton Road the club require
additional finances.
The financial situation at Folkestone Invicta is a lot stronger than many of
their local rivals but to keep the club moving forward the club do need
additional investment.
To enable people to buy shares in a way that makes it easy on your own finances,
you can now pay as little as just £5 per month and after ten months you will
own one share in the club.
If 100 people sign up to this scheme, the club would raise £6,000 a year.
Anyone wishing to join the scheme should contact John Harrison at the club,
