Powell called up by England

FUTSAL England manager Graham Dell was so impressed by Fisher Athletic's Ray Powell's performance in their London Senior Cup victory, he invited the Southern League player to train with the national side.

The England Futsal team takes part in indoor five-a-side matches and Powell trained with the team last month and took part in a two day training session over the spring bank holiday weekend.

Speaking about the game of Futsal, Powell commented: "It is more about fitness than skill."
