Lakin re-signs former Dere Abbott

Ryman Premier League club Heybridge Swifts have re-signed young midfielder Paul Abbott for a further season, reports www.nonleaguedaily.com

Abbott is an enthusiastic and competitive youngster who joined Swifts from Erith & Belvedere last season and created some important goals with his tenacious approach to the game and pacey running.

His positive attitude and willingness to learn have endeared him to the management team.
