Bromley begin search for players for new ladies' side

BROMLEY are delighted to announce the introduction of the club’s first ever Ladies team.


Bromley Ladies FC will play in the Greater London Women’s League this season.

The commercial director, at The Skrill South (Conference South) club, Barry Wicks said in a statement:
“We are delighted to welcome our first ever ladies team at Bromley FC. Our club has always been about more than just the first team and with our reserves, academy, youth and junior set ups along with our community scheme the Ladies side is a perfect addition and one that will help us to grow girls and ladies footballing participation within the club and the local borough.”

The Ladies team will kick off the season with a free-to-watch friendly against Crystal Palace Ladies at Hayes Lane on Sunday 18th August (11:00am).

Bromley Ladies chair and player Shanna Williams said: “The Ladies team, team manager and coaching staff are very excited about joining forces with Bromley FC and working together to develop ladies football in the club from junior girls to senior ladies level.

“The team can’t wait for the season to kick-off and play at a professional stadium.”
