BREDHURST JUNIORS have unveiled Craig Clark as their new manager.

The Kent County League club play their matches at Sittingbourne’s former Bourne Park ground and have spruced up the stadium that used to stage Ryman League Division One South football before the Brickies moved out in April 2013.

Sittingbourne play their games at Woodstock Park, but they have struggled to attract crowds due the rural nature of the ground.

Despite their facilities, Bredhurst Juniors finished second-from-bottom in the Kent County League Premier Division, picking up four wins and six draws from their 28 league outings last season.

The club have brought in Clark, who has previous managerial experience with Erith Town, Crockenhill and Gravesham Borough.

He said: “The facilities are amazing, they have a wonderful set up and a chairman who wants to take the club forward.

“I’m very excited about the coming season and the future here.”
