McIntyre - we need your support to see us through

BROMLEY manager Stuart McIntyre urges the club's supporters to turn out in force and cheer his side into the next round of the FA Cup, writes Stephen McCartney.

Taking the lead twice, Bromley had to settle for a 2-2 draw against Fisher Athletic at Champion Hill on Saturday and McIntyre admits home advantage in Tuesday's replay will be the key if they are to progress into the second qualifying round of the world's greatest cup competition.

McIntyre admitted he was very pleased with his team after drawing much-fancied Fisher Athletic and goals from Gary Drewett and Leroy Huggins - a recent capture from Fisher - has at least put the Hayes Lane club in Monday's draw.

"We worked very hard and we've got a replay against a very good side and we will have to raise our game again on Tuesday to progress," he said.

"The attitude and commitment was tremendous and we scored a couple of good goals and I hope we get a big crowd for the replay.

"A vocal Bromley support might just make the difference!"
