Utterson finds net on Herne Bay debut after leaving rivals Whitstable

Whitstable Town striker John Utterson has left the Belmont and has joined Go Travel Kent League rivals Herne Bay, writes Mark Wyver.

Utterson scored on his Herne Bay debut in the final minute to help Bay gain a point in Saturday's 2-2 draw at Maidstone United.

Meanwhile, other news from the Belmont, sees a return for Dave Smith who re-joins from Kent League rivals Beckenham Town, and goalkeeper Tony Reynolds, who also had spells with Maidstone United and Tonbridge Angels, has decided to quit playing football.
