Ringmer's pitch problems force venue switch

HYTHE Town's double-decker coach trip to Ringmer this coming Saturday (7th August) has been cancelled, writes Stephen McCartney.

Major pitch problems at the Sussex club has forced them to switch the venue, and the game will now take place at Hythe's Reachfields Stadium instead.

The first team match will kick off at 2.30pm, with the reserves kicking off at 5.00pm.

Hythe, who entertain Westfields on Tuesday (3rd August) have arranged a pre-season friendly against last season's Go Travel Kent League champions, Cray Wanderers.

Ian Jenkins' side travel to Reachfields on Monday 9th August, kick off 7.30pm, as they prepare for their Ryman League Division One campaign.
