Changes at Thamesmead Town

Go Travel Kent League club Thamesmead Town have signed a trio of players with one returning to his previous club, writes Stephen McCartney.

Tony Russell broke his foot at the beginning of the season and his appearances were limited due to work commitments but he is now available for selection.

Chris Tuley, however, broke his ankle in pre-season and to regain his fitness has been playing for South London Alliance side Johnson and Phillips.

Midfielder, Akim Funo has joined the Bayliss Avenue outfit from Greenwich Borough.

One player leaving the club is prolific goalscorer, Jason Clews, who has returned to Beckenham Town due to "personal reasons".
