  Dyall appointed new Tenterden boss
Tenterden Town began life without Kevin Metcalf in the British
Energy Kent County League Premier Division with a tricky visit to Crockenhill.
Metcalf had taken the difficult decision to move to Go Travel
Kent League side Tunbridge Wells, after leading Tenterden Town back in the top
flight with a very promising group of youngsters.
Del Dyall has taken over, but preparations for his first game
in charge were far from ideal as heavy traffic meant the visitors did not
reach Wested until fifteen minutes before kick off.
However, Tenterden still took the lead in the first ten minutes
when Danny Jennings found the net and had another chance to double his and
Town's lead but his effort was saved by the Crocks goalkeeper.
This proved to be the turning point, however, as the home side
hit Town with three quick goals and led 4-1 at the break.
Tenterden re-grouped after the break but there was no further
  goalscoring.
