Dainty:  Walker takes credit for new signing
Tonbridge Angels have signed striker Lynden Rowland from Dr Martens League Eastern Division neighbours and rivals Sittingbourne, writes Paul Dainty

Rowland only joined 'Bourne a month ago and scored their only goal Tuesday night's defeat against Ashford Town.

Angels' chairman Paul Dainy said: "I met Lynden with manager Alan Walker. I was most impressed with his attitude and his reasons for joining Tonbridge Angels.

"Again Alan has to take great credit in signing such a quality player as Lynden has he played in the Dr Martens Premier for a number of clubs, including King's Lynn.

"He is 26 and is nearly 6' 2" tall and will be in the squad for Saturday's game against Rothwell."
