Fletcher misses Wivenhoe clash

ERITH & BELVEDERE manager Barry Lakin has another member of his squad out for tonight's Southern League Division One East clash against Wivenhoe Town at Park View Road, writes Stephen McCartney.

Danny Fletcher is a doubt having sustained a neck injury during Saturday's 3-2 defeat at Berkhamsted Town.

His fitness will be reviewed before Saturday's big local derby against Dartford at Stonebridge Road.

Striker Chris Dickson, however, has yet to train as he is suffering with a hamstring injury but he will be attended to by busy physio Chris Davis tonight.

However, it is unlikely he will face the Darts on Saturday but Chris Whitehouse is due to return to full training on Thursday.

Wayne Brown and Joe Narty are likely to be out of action until November at the earliest.
