Ashford fans demand traditional colours

FANS at Ryman League Division One club Ashford Town have voted for a return to their traditional green and white strip, writes Stephen McCartney.

The Homelands side played in a lime green (with navy blue trim) shirt, with navy shorts and lime green socks last season, and fans demand a return to their traditional green and white kit.

93% of votes on the club's website voted for a return to their traditional colours of green and white with only 6% voting to keep last season's strip.
